Access
After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the counter. We will take you to the store by the free shuttle bus. (Approximately 15 minutes)
*If you do not come to the counter, we cannot guide you with the free shuttle bus.
*Since it is a shuttle bus between the airport and the store, no reservation for the shuttle bus is required.
When returning, please return to the store.
After that, we will take you back to the airport.

The Budget Rent-a-Car counter is located near Arrival Gate 3.
(There are 12 rental car companies' counters lined up.)
- All Nippon Airways, Air Do, Peach, Vanilla Air ⇒ Immediately to the left of the arrival gate
- Japan Airlines, Skymark, Fuji Dream Airlines ⇒ From the arrival gate, take the temporary passage to the right
(The temporary passage outside the building passes by the shuttle bus stop, but you cannot wait directly for the bus there, so make sure to come to the Budget Rent-a-Car reception counter.)

During busy periods (mid-July to late September) during daytime hours (9:00–18:00), the Budget Rent-a-Car shuttle bus will depart from a temporary bus stop.
During the above period and hours, the bus will not stop at the regular bus stop, so be sure to come to the reception counter.

*For customers using international flights*
Customers using international flights should go to the AVIS Budget counter on the 1st floor of the international terminal after arriving at the airport.
