Access: <<Shuttle Service>> After arriving at the Ishigaki Airport, exit the arrival lobby, and cross the street to the other side. You will find a rental car shuttle service stop. Shuttle services will be there according to your flight schedule. Please approach the staff. The staff will drive you directly to the store. Caution) Please enter the airline and flight number when making a reservation. (3 minutes by car) Shuttle services are available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Returns: After returning the rental car to the store, we will provide a shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle service is only available between Ishigaki Airport and the Ishigaki Airport Store. We do not offer shuttle services or rental car drop-offs to Ishigaki Port, Ritoh（離島）Terminal and hotels in the city. Customers are required to get to the store on their own unless they are coming from the airport. Thank you for your understanding.
