Hi I’m Ikenaga from Oita local branch.

I’d like to introduce NABEGATAKI in Kumamoto.

Many people posted about it and I also did in 2015….please bear with me. I went there on the 28th of July.

We was able to go to a car park nearby before but we have to use a shuttle bus on weekends after we have parked cars in a place where an elementary school used to be due to the high number of visitors.

You will be welcomed by…..

/two mascots, Kumamon and Ogutan from Ogumi-tow♡

Passed them and went through the admission gate and got a broacher, let’s go! /

It is easy to walk on normal path but it would be better to wear trainers as some parts near the water fall are slippery/

Light is filtering though water. It was bautiful～ヽ(´∇｀*)ﾉ

from back side♪

It is called Urami no taki(Waterfall seen from backside) as we can walk the backside of the waterfall to the opposite side.

I was showered with negative ions a lot. You can see different scenery in different season.

So you can enjoy it throughout the year.
