his is a law for snowy/icy roads established by the Public Safety Commission of each prefecture excluding Okinawa, based on the Road Traffic Act Article 71 Item 6, a law that sets the obligation of drivers.
If the law is violated in any of the prefectures, the following penalties will be charged.
