Special support measures regarding cancellation fees regarding the Wuhan coronavirus SARS

As part of our special support measures, due to the new pneumonia-causing virus outbreak in Wuhan City, Hubei Province in China, cancellation fees will be free for all rental reservations during the period from today and until February 15th.

*This special support measure will extend to not only reservations made by customers flying in from Wuhan City, but for all our overseas customers visiting Japan.
