Greetings! This is Oya from the Hakata Station store!
Today I’d like to feature the “Yume (Dream)” Suspension Bridge of Kokonoe in Ōita prefecture =)
I was excited when I went to this bridge recently, because I saw a TV feature that had the actors Satoshi Tsumabuki, Ryuta Sato, and Sakura-san from Arashi visiting this place!
I immediately took a picture of the mascot Miya-chan who welcomes visitors near the entrance LOL
Very cute and adorable, plus well-made I might add!
Once I came close to the bridge, I was surprised and overwhelmed by the length!
There were a lot of people taking pictures near the entrance, so needless to say, I joined in LOL
It is supposedly number one in Japan ;)
I did my best to take a picture with the waterfall behind me, just like Sakurai-san in the TV program!
Although my eyes were sealed shut due to the sunlight and my hair a giant mess due to the strong winds, I successfully took a picture LOL
Extremely rich in nature and full of greenery, but hard to know that from this picture :'(
Plus, very scary for me because of my fear of heights...
