My name is Azuma from a branch of Kagoshima central station!
I went to KUROMON near our office to see a tuna cutting show.
We introduced KUROMON last winter as well.
How enormous it is!
They made an exception for us so that we are able to take a picture of it.
Can you imagine how big it is? /
It was very exciting to see they filleting an enormous tuna into 5 pieces with an enormous knife.
We ordered MAGURO DON(bowl of rice topped with tuna) which is limited to 10 bowls at a cutting show.
It was too delicious❤
We enjoyed not only the tuna main dish but also CHAWANMUSHI(steamed egg custard)❤
on top of that, let me introduce other menu I had on another date.
From the top, assorted three kinds of tuna,
Grilled cheek meat of tuna,
carpaccio of tuna,
bowl of rice topped with tuna and sea urchin!
I was over the moon.
The cheek meat of tuna tasted like real meat☺︎!
they were limited to 2 portions as only 2 of them can be taken from one tuna.
I was impressed by the bacon dish too!
Look at this thickness.
