Brief Journey to Furano and Biei

This is Iwashita from the Sapporo Station North Exit store!
Been kinda busy so it’s been a while since I last blogged ;‑)
The other day I went to Furano 🚘
The first order of business was to Farm Tomita!
Although the lavenders were not in season, other plants were in full-bloom so there were a carpet of full of flowers 🌸
The lavenders were being trimmed and smelled beautiful!
I even tried the lavender soft-served ice cream (my first-ever) and had my full of lavenders =D
I’ve been to Furano a number of times, and I highly recommend a day-trip here if you’re in Hokkaido =D
Next, we’re off to the blue lakes of Biei!
It was the most crystal clear and bluest view that I’ve ever seen so I definitely was happy!
I was a bit worried because the cloudy day could have impacted the beautiful lake, but by the time I got there the clouds were gradually going away so I got some great pics =)
Depends on the angle of your picture, the lake will reflect the clouds as it is too clearLOL
Make sure to find that perfect angle if you’re trying to get that Instagram shot!
