Our store is not located inside Chubu Centrair International Airport.
We offer a free shuttle service to and from the store.
After you arrive at Chubu Centrair International Airport and have collected your luggage, please contact our store at 0569-36-3100.
The shuttle ride takes approximately 20 minutes. During busy times or due to traffic conditions, it may take up to about 40 minutes.

[Terminal 1]After exiting the arrival gate, cross the connecting passage, pass through Access Plaza, and take the elevator at G building of the multi-story parking lot P1 down to the 1st floor. Please wait at the "一般車のりば"(About15 minutes)
[Terminal 2]After exiting the arrival gate, go outside through the front door, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, follow the signs to multi-story parking lot P3, then take the elevator at S building of P3 down to the 1st floor. Please wait at the "一般車のりば"(About15 minutes)
【Drop-Off】
Please return the vehicle to our store. Afterward, we will provide shuttle service back to the airport.
Please allow sufficient time as the shuttle may take some time.We kindly ask you to return the vehicle with enough margin before your flight.
(Domestic flights)：Please return the vehicle between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours before your flight departure time.
(International flights)：Please return the vehicle between 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours before your flight departure time.
